Job Summary: The Regional Manager for the South Zone will oversee recruitment and operational activities, with a strong focus on blue-collar bulk hiring. The role includes managing the recruitment process, ensuring operational efficiency across multiple locations, and leading a team to meet regional staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Lead high-volume blue and white collar hiring efforts across the South Zone.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment with business needs.

Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
  • Implement company policies, ensuring compliance with regional laws.
  • Monitor performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment and operations professionals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the main contact for recruitment and operational issues in the region.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 10-15 years in recruitment and operations, with significant experience in blue-collar bulk hiring.
  • Strong understanding of the South Zone market and labor laws.

Skills:

  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the South Zone.
  • Fluency in English and a regional language (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam)
