This is a fulltime hybrid roleas a B2BBusiness Development Specialist at Codeblu which is anEnterprise Learning Platform from Eduonix Learning Solutions PvtLtd located in Navi Mumbai. We re currently extendingour tribe and are looking for a Sales Manager to help us achieveour growth objectives. You will be working closely with cofoundersand existing sales team to:
  • Generateleads via outreach activities (mailing phone industry events etc)conduct meetings perform upselling crossselling
  • Perform customer demos and followups
  • Maintain CRM produce analytics and salesreports.
Compensation:
  • Basesalary
  • Aggressiveincentives
Backgroundand skillsrequired:
  • You haveminimum 1 year of experience and a proven track record with B2BSoftware sales
  • You have got successful priorexperience working for startups and can demonstrate your directcontribution to growth.
  • You have demonstratedability to establish and maintain successful clientrelationships
  • You are passionate about theproduct you re selling
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills (with personal natural style that iseffective with SMEs)
  • You are familiar with mostpopular B2B lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)and CRM
  • You have solid analytical skills: youare able to provide high quality analytics and reports withrelevant tools (e.g. CRMExcel)
