ResponsibilitiesDirect and guide a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureExecute the talent acquisition strategy to meet the business's current and future needs; specifically scaling the recruiting efforts to support a high-growth organizationDevelop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planningExecute full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experienceConduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed recommendations to hiring managersCultivate relationships with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs and collaborating on effective hiring strategies

Requirements:5- 8 years of proven experience in Domestic IT Hiring.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong Negotiation capability to negotiate with candidates as well as Hiring Managers to arrive favorable decisionsStrong Excel and Reporting skills
