Responsibilities

  • Direct and guide a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Execute the talent acquisition strategy to meet the business's current and future needs; specifically scaling the recruiting efforts to support a high-growth organization
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed recommendations to hiring managers
  • Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs and collaborating on effective hiring strategies

Requirements:

  • 5- 8 years of proven experience in Domestic IT Hiring.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Negotiation capability to negotiate with candidates as well as Hiring Managers to arrive favorable decisions
  • Strong Excel and Reporting skills
