Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and driving audience growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities 

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Curate and manage diverse content buckets, ensuring a mix of educational, promotional, UGC, and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to bring creative visions to life.
  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality shoots, reels, and short-form videos for social media and Meta ads.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Content Creation & Production

  • Shoot, edit, and record organic and paid content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
  • Plan and execute behind-the-scenes content, product demonstrations, and interactive videos to boost engagement.
  • Work with photographers, influencers, and in-house teams to create a strong visual narrative.

Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and brand advocates for collaborations.
  • Track influencer deliverables, ensure timely execution, and measure ROI on influencer campaigns.
  • Manage seeding strategies, gifting programs, and collaborations that align with the brand's ethos.

Social Media Growth & Community Engagement

  • Develop and implement viral campaign strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Plan and schedule engaging social media feeds, stories, polls, quizzes, and interactive content to drive audience participation.
  • Build and nurture an active community by increasing brand awareness, engagement rates, and follower count.

Customer Engagement & Communication

  • Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly to foster brand loyalty and engagement.
  • Monitor brand mentions, UGC, and tagged content to ensure a positive brand presence.
  • Identify trends in audience behavior and adjust strategies

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms.
  • Ability to shoot, edit, and create short-form video content (basic video editing skills preferred).
  • Experience in running influencer campaigns, partnerships, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics, engagement strategies, and content optimization.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, trends, and community building.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English and Hindi.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
