As the Sales and Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales and the establishment of strategic partnerships. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and forming alliances that align with our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities
Sales:

Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for AI products and solutions in targeted markets.

Understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of our AI solutions.

Lead end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.

Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver customized client solutions.

Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.

Partnerships:

Develop and manage strategic alliances and channel partnerships (e.g., tech partners, resellers, system integrators).

Identify co-selling and co-marketing opportunities to drive revenue and brand visibility.

Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and product positioning.

Provide feedback to internal teams on client and partner needs, market trends, and product improvements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and partnership engagements using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Qualifications
Must-Have:

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS or AI/Tech space.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with C-level executives.

Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience working with channel partners or building strategic alliances.

Background in enterprise software or working with mid-to-large enterprises.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
