Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue generation within the Implementation Partner ecosystem in US Staffing. This role requires a deep understanding of C2C recruitment, Tier-1 Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business, expanding client portfolios, and driving revenue growth in the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, acquire, and expand business relationships with Tier-1 Implementation Partners .
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities in contract staffing (C2C, W2, C2H).
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and client acquisition to contract closure and revenue realization.
- Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on consistent deal closures.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of client needs.
- Negotiate MSAs, POs, vendor contracts, and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and market analysis to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
3. Revenue & Performance Metrics
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Drive client penetration strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts while acquiring new clients.
- Monitor sales KPIs, revenue growth, and market trends to optimize business performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies and competitive market positioning.
Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in US Staffing Sales, with at least 5+ years focusing on Implementation Partners.
- Strong existing relationships with Tier-1 Implementation Partners and a proven ability to acquire new accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, and US tax terms, along with experience working with H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, and US citizens.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and market intelligence platforms.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills in a highly competitive staffing industry.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring demands, fast turnarounds, and aggressive revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
