Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Lead with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in executing our content strategies, enhancing our social media presence, and helping us engage with our AI-focused audience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a creator mindset who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

This is an in-office role based out of Gurugram.

Must have B2C experience

Highly preferred candidates from EdTech Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in ideating, creating, and publishing content across our social media channels.- Collaborate on content plans that align with our broader social, brand, and business objectives.- Generate creative, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience and adheres to our tone of voice.- Monitor and engage with key social media trends, ensuring our content remains relevant and impactful.- Develop compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring excellence in grammar, storytelling, and attention to detail.- Analyze and report on content performance, providing insights that help inform future content strategies.- Maintain quality control by reviewing content against brand guidelines before publication.- Coordinate and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Proactively engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- A creator mindset with experience generating content from ideation to execution.- 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field.- A solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and grammar.- Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends.- A data-driven approach to evaluating content performance and applying insights to improve future content.- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.- A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to take initiative while adhering to company guidelines.- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various organizational levels.
