We are hiring a ServiceNow Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our existing application features to the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, IT service management, and experience with ServiceNow integrations. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition, maintaining system integrity, and enhancing our IT capabilities through ServiceNow.Its a 3-month contract.

What is expected of you?

As part of the job, you will be required to

Assess current application features and workflows to determine migration requirements.Develop comprehensive migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with migration objectives.

Requirements

Must have technical skills:

8 years of experience in application migration, preferably to ServiceNow.Proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and API integrations.Strong understanding of databases, data migration techniques, and data mapping.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Good to have skills:

Excellent project management and organizational skills.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
