We are hiring a ServiceNow Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our existing application features to the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, IT service management, and experience with ServiceNow integrations. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition, maintaining system integrity, and enhancing our IT capabilities through ServiceNow.Its a 3-month contract.

What is expected of you?

As part of the job, you will be required to

- Assess current application features and workflows to determine migration requirements.- Develop comprehensive migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with migration objectives.

Requirements

Must have technical skills:

- 8 years of experience in application migration, preferably to ServiceNow.- Proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and API integrations.- Strong understanding of databases, data migration techniques, and data mapping.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Good to have skills:

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
