Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our existing application features to the ServiceNow platform. This critical role is essential for ensuring a seamless transition, maintaining system integrity, and enhancing our IT capabilities through ServiceNow.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 8 years of experience in application migration, preferably to ServiceNow.
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration and API integrations.
  • A strong understanding of databases, data migration techniques, and data mapping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
