We're Hiring: Business Development Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 1 year in Business Development / Client Handling
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
Technical Qualification: PGDCA / DCA / any relevant certification
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent
Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for business growth and client acquisition
Build and maintain strong client relationships; resolve queries effectively
Identify and pursue commercial opportunities for business expansion
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain and monitor business-related documentation and invoices
