Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Should meet all the combined care doctors in the respective allocated region every month.
Should update product knowledge in regular.
Should maintain minimum 12 visit per day.
Should coordinate with combined care doctors for their patient admission till discharge
Should coordinate with our in-house consultant to give patient feedback to the respective combined care doctor.
Should record all the field visit in the AGILE FIELD FORCE application.
Should Maintain the combined care doctors referred patient list for future reference and tracking.
Should maintain the call tracker report and it should be updated on daily basis.
Responsible for any general credit given against combined care doctors referral.
Should maintain field visit planner vs actual report in regular.
Should promote our key departments among combined care doctors.
Should promote our consultant profile among combined care doctors.
Should report everyday field visit update to the respective reporting Manager.
Should promote our Hospital Brand in all possible ways.
Should keep updates to the Department HOD on daily basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in (industry-specific area: IT, healthcare, real estate, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
