Business Development Executive – Barakhadee

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred agency experience)

CTC: ₹4 - ₹4.8 LPA (₹3.6 LPA fixed + performance-based incentives and bonuses)

Joining: April 2025/Immediate

Overview:

As a business development executive at barakhadee, you will drive client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and unlock new revenue streams. your role will involve identifying opportunities, developing pitches, and securing projects in ad content, influencer-led campaigns, and brand storytelling.

What your day job looks like:

  • research, identify, and onboard potential clients in advertising, content, and influencer marketing
  • develop and deliver compelling proposals tailored to brand needs
  • build long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers
  • negotiate deals, define project scopes, and close business contracts
  • track industry trends to unlock new content and media opportunities
  • collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with execution

Your growth curve & incentives:

In 3 months – foundation & early wins

  • gain a deep understanding of barakhadee's offerings, positioning, and client landscape
  • establish connections with potential clients and pitch content solutions
  • convert at least 2-3 new clients into active projects
  • incentive: early conversion bonus for first successful deal closure

In 6 months – expanding reach & ownership

  • build a strong pipeline of recurring business from key clients
  • secure at least 6-8 projects, driving revenue growth
  • become the go-to contact for select brands, ensuring retention and upselling
  • incentive: revenue-based incentives for achieving mid-year targets

In 12 months – leadership & scale

  • take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients
  • lead strategic business expansion into new verticals or service offerings
  • develop repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • incentive: annual performance bonus + opportunity for a leadership role
