We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the market. If you have a passion for sales, hospitality, and business expansion, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to drive Tribe's business growth, focusing on B2C & B2B opportunities.

Identify and onboard new channel partners, institutions, and corporate tie-ups to increase occupancy.

Foster strong relationships with potential clients, educational institutions, and corporate organisations.

Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.

Collaborate with marketing to enhance outreach and branding efforts.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimise business strategies. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by understanding the needs of residents and offering suitable solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or co-living sectors.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven and results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
