Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions with professionalism.
  • Act as the bridge between sales, accounts, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Manage customer documentation, agreements, and payment schedules.
  • Coordinate with customers for site visits, handovers, and possession-related activities.
  • Maintain customer data and interaction history in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding project progress, approvals, and handover timelines.
  • Address grievances and escalate issues when required to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support post-sales activities, including registration, stamp duty coordination, and loan documentation.
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions for the APF (Approved Project Financial) documentation process to facilitate customer home loans.
  • Ensure high standards of communication and service delivery across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in CRM or customer-facing roles in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation, agreements, RERA guidelines, and APF documentation process.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), MS Excel (advanced functions, reporting, data analysis), CRM Software, and ERP Software is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and meet deadlines with professionalism.

Skills Required

  • Communication & Language Proficiency – Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset – Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • APF Documentation Knowledge – Hands-on experience with home loan and project approval processes with banks/NBFCs.
  • Technical Proficiency – Skilled in MS Office, MS Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems.
  • Documentation & Process Knowledge – Strong understanding of agreements, loan, registration, and financial paperwork.
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Quick thinking and resolution-driven approach to customer concerns.
  • Coordination & Multitasking – Efficiently manage interactions with multiple teams and clients simultaneously.
  • Time & Data Management – Organized approach to handling schedules, records, and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
