Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves building effective communication channels with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless recruiting process. The associate will also take part in creating and updating job descriptions as well as managing recruitment databases.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Strong Interviewing and Hiring skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience working in a corporate or agency recruitment environment is beneficial
