"Eaton India’s Global Energy Infrastructure Business (GEIS) is currently seeking a Business Development Manager. This position is responsible for managing customer projects, NPI & Localization in a coordinated manner to obtain strategic benefits and consistency, managing all technical and commercial aspects of Electrical Product lines (CEAG & IM) by meeting specifications and timelines for product, documentation, and quality, and to serve as the focal point for program level client and corporate interaction and cross functional teams, including engagement with the PLMs’ within harsh, hazardous, industrial and commercial applications.
"Developing sales strategies for the Crouse-Hinds business within your region
Regularly contacting and visiting existing and potential clients
Working closely with Oil and Gas, Offshore, Marine and Industrial clients on a range of projects
Preparing quotations and full project bid documentation
Managing order follow-up: coordinating contacts, updating documentation, Working with colleagues in supply chain management of deliveries
Providing technical product support, answering customer enquiries and Working with them closely on project and product specifications"
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in Electrical Products in the Harsh & Hazardous segment
Skills:
- Experience in O&G market
Proficient sales and communication skills and ability to establish long-term relationships with clients at all levels
