Job Title: Senior Enterprise Account Executive (B2B SaaS Sales) - India/AsiaLocation: Baner, Pune - (WFO)Role Overview: We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team. The candidate should be ambitious, result oriented with great attention to details. It is an individual contributor role wherein you would work with a small but highly competitive and effective team.Responsibilities:Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and target segment to better serve the clients.Own the full sales cycle - from responding to inbound leads to executing targeted outbound outreach.Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.Contacting potential customers on LinkedIn, via phone calls and emails.Conduct demo meetings and help customers choose the right offering.Handle objections, negotiate and win new customers.Leverage partners to meet assigned revenue goals.Requirements:5 to 8 years of Enterprise sales experience with a minimum 2 years in SaaS.Ambitious, result-oriented and has a great attention to detail.Strong convincing skills with active listening ability.Effective communication skills.Good to have:Solution or consultative sales experiencePrevious experience in HR-tech SalesHas worked at growth stage startupExperience dealing with International customersEducation background of Computer Engineering and MBAYou will get :Competitive compensation package and benefits.Work closely with founders and be part of a truly amazing team.Join a fast-growing startup early, make a difference and enjoy the ride.About Us :Truein is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company offering Attendance and Workforce Management solutions for contractual and distributed teams.
