JobSummary:
Weare seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Lead GenerationSpecialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsiblefor identifying and connecting with potential clients in the ITindustry who require C2C staffing services for deploying benchresources at client sites for various projects. Your primary focuswill be on generating leads nurturing relationships and ultimatelyconverting leads into successfulpartnerships.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • LeadGeneration: Utilize various channels such as cold calling emailoutreach social media and networking events to generate leadswithin the ITindustry.
  • Research:Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients who requireC2C staffing solutions for their projectneeds.
  • RelationshipBuilding: Build and maintain strong relationships with keydecisionmakers and stakeholders within target clientorganizations.
  • NeedsAssessment: Understand the staffing requirements and project needsof potential clients to tailor our offerings and solutionsaccordingly.
  • Pitchingand Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations andpitches to showcase our C2C staffing services and how they canaddress the clientsneeds.
  • PipelineManagement: Manage and prioritize leads effectively to ensure asteady flow of opportunities and maximize conversionrates.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to alignstrategies and ensure smooth handover of qualifiedleads.
  • MarketInsights: Stay uptodate with industry trends market developmentsand competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stayahead of thecurve.
  • Reporting:Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activitiespipeline status and progress towardstargets.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    Provenexperience in lead generation or business development preferablywithin the IT staffingindustry.
  • Strongunderstanding of the C2C (CorptoCorp) staffing model and experiencein deploying bench resources at clientsites.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and credibility withclients.
  • Resultsorientedmindset with a track record of achieving and exceedingtargets.
  • Exceptionalorganizational skills and attention todetail.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiencyin using CRM tools and other lead generationsoftware.
EducationandExperience:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Minimumof 23 years of experience in lead generation or businessdevelopment preferably in the IT staffingindustry.
