The role involves contributing to our growth by developing and expanding our client base in IT services and software solutions. A successful candidate will have a strong background in lead generation and business-to-business sales. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in lead generation is mandatory to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities. (Mandatory skill) In-depth understanding of ERP solutions to advise clients on the best software fit for their business needs. Proficiency in CRM management for maintaining customer relationships and optimizing sales processes. Experience in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to close deals and manage accounts effectively. Skilled in technical pre-sales to support the sales team with technical product knowledge. Strong contract negotiation abilities to negotiate terms and close deals favorably for both parties. Client acquisition expertise to expand the company's client base and market reach. Excellent market research skills to identify trends and stay ahead with innovative strategies. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and build relationships with potential clients through various lead generation techniques. Develop comprehensive business plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and desired market share. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of IT services and software solutions to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in meeting client needs, services, and expectations. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, analyzing sales data and refining the sales approach accordingly. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize company profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Prepare and submit reports on business activities and projected clientele to management. Continuously research and analyze industry trends to develop new sales opportunities.
