The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong sales skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting. Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company’s customer base. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to provide insights and forecasts. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Customer Service) to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
