Executive Recruiter
to join our dynamic team at our Janakpuri office. In this role, you will specialize in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent for senior and executive-level positions, contributing to the success of our clients across various industries.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the recruitment lifecycle for executive-level roles, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:Use platforms like , job portals, and internal databases to source qualified candidates.Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Screening and Evaluation:Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles to clients for consideration.Client Interaction:Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability.Ensure timely communication and a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates.Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.Use data to refine sourcing strategies and enhance recruitment effectiveness.Database and ATS Management:Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate and client interactions in the ATS.Leverage data to improve sourcing and reporting processes.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in executive or senior-level recruitment.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in
