Role Overview:

Valkyrie People Consulting is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team at our Janakpuri office. In this role, you will specialize in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent for senior and executive-level positions, contributing to the success of our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for executive-level roles, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  1. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases to source qualified candidates.
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  1. Screening and Evaluation:
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles to clients for consideration.
  1. Client Interaction:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability.
  • Ensure timely communication and a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Use data to refine sourcing strategies and enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  1. Database and ATS Management:
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate and client interactions in the ATS.
  • Leverage data to improve sourcing and reporting processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executive or senior-level recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail.
