Valkyrie People Consulting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in identifying and recruiting top talent for senior and executive-level positions across industries. Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive-level roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand client requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events to identify high-caliber candidates.
Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to tap into passive talent pools.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct detailed screenings and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients with comprehensive profiles.
Client Management:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met effectively.
Provide insights and updates on market trends and candidate availability.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and client information.
Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in executive-level recruitment.
Proven ability to source and engage with high-level professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
