Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening:
  • Use platforms like job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to source potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes to shortlist candidates aligned with job requirements.
  • Candidate Interaction:
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Operations:
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain updated job descriptions.
  • Support in managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Assist in creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and talent pools to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
