Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Screening:
Use platforms like job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes to shortlist candidates aligned with job requirements.
Candidate Interaction:
Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Recruitment Operations:
Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain updated job descriptions.
Support in managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Collaboration:
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Assist in creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and talent pools to optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
