This role goes beyond product adoption- you will create measurable business impact and become the reason customers move from pilot to long-term partnership. It’s a customer-facing role that demands ownership, problem-solving, and a strong grasp of both AI and financial services. Agility and proactiveness are key to thriving here.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a senior implementation and solutioning manager, you will be responsible for:Engage with enterprise customers during pre-sales and pilot phases to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions.Translate customer use cases into clear implementation plans, call flows, and customer journeys.Drive end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to manage integrations, conduct UATs, and take accounts live.Build and nurture strong customer relationships, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts.Lead project planning and governance, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.Who We’re Looking For4–7 years of experience in solutioning, implementation, account management, or pre-sales consulting roles.Background in Saa S, enterprise software, AI, or financial services/fintech preferred.Strong track record of owning customer implementations from pilot to go-live with measurable business impact.Hands-on experience with system integrations (telephony, CRMs, APIs, or similar).Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence both CXOs and operational stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Highly agile and proactive, comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.Natural collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and business teams.What We OfferHigh-Impact Work: Directly shape how some of India’s top lenders engage with millions of customers through AI voice agents.Ownership & Autonomy: Lead customer implementations end-to-end, with real accountability for outcomes.Learning & growth: Annual learning allowance of ₹10,000+, mentorship, and hands-on AI exposure.Flexibility: WFH options twice a month, flexible hours, and competitive appraisal hikes.Have questions?
