Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Work on IT & Non-IT recruitment across different levels entry, mid, and senior positions.
  • Manage bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and campus recruitment drives as per organizational requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), employee referrals, social media, and headhunting.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
  • Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and follow-ups to ensure smooth joining.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports/MIS.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and recruitment agencies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
