We are looking BDM Profile in Mohali Location .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote dental diagnostic services, equipment, or products in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular visits to dental practitioners to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Negotiate business terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of dentists, clinics, and institutions, and ensure regular follow-up for business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution of business agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical marketing practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the dental industry, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to network with dentists, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) preferred / MBA in Marketing / Graduate in Life Sciences or Healthcare-related field.
  • Experience: 15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the dental/healthcare sector.
  • Fresh dentists with interest in sales/BD profile can also apply.
