**Position: BDM-PCD**
- Should be able to develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Should be able to generate business from new and existing clients under Pharma Franchisee, PCD Pharma, etc. across India.
- Should be able handle clients in office, coordinate with them through Telephone / E-mails for orders and payments.
- Should be able to mentor, support and drive the team of Sales-Co-ordinator under his supervision to acquire more business and achieve the individual and team objectives.
- Should establish & maintain sustained business relationships with parties by providing good quality products and services.
- Should be able to appointment PAN India PCD business partners/ Pharma franchise to achieve the objectives of the Organization.
- Should have knowledge regarding medicinal formulations and molecules.
- Should be eager for develop new opportunities like new Product Launch for business growth and further guide Clients about them.
- Should be able to partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree, M.B.A. (preferred)**
- **10-12 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in PCD Business**
- **Good communication skills and knowledge of Excel**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
