Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule virtual meetings or client visits for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
  • Achieve sales targets through direct client conversions or by supporting BDMs in closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and renewal.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
