Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Executive

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests. The Business Development Executive will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with our business goals and values.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets

Qualifications

  • B.Tech/MCA; MBA in Business or Marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience in IT services (apps, games, web, UI/UX).
  • Strong knowledge of tech stacks: iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native, Unity, MERN/LAMP, APIs, etc.
  • Hands-on with bidding portals, CRMs, and lead management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and leadership-oriented.
  • Must have experience working in service-based IT companies.
