Business Development Executive/Manager – US Healthcare RCM
Experience: 3-6 Yrs
Location: Mohali, Punjab (Night Shift, On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
:
- Generate qualified business leads through research, networking, and outreach across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events).
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in US Healthcare RCM.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships with healthcare providers, physician groups, and billing companies.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
- Deliver impactful client presentations, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
:
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development in US Healthcare RCM or any US-based business development (B2B / BPO / KPO).
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Proven expertise in lead generation and pipeline management.
- E
xcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the US market.
- Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.
Preferred (good to have)
:
- Strong knowledge of RCM services (medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management, etc.)
