About Us:
We are a rapidly growing D2C beauty brand looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketplace Manager to oversee our brand’s presence on key online marketplaces like Nykaa, Amazon, and Myntra. You will play a vital role in driving sales, optimizing listings, managing inventory, and ensuring that our brand stands out in the competitive beauty space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, etc.- Ensure all products are listed, optimized, and regularly updated with accurate descriptions, pricing, and promotional content.
1. Sales Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve brand visibility on each platform.- Identify new opportunities for promotions, collaborations, and campaigns to drive revenue.
1. Inventory & Stock Management:
- Monitor and maintain healthy stock levels on all platforms.- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment and dispatch of stock.
1. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance, product ranking, and customer feedback to continuously optimize the listings and strategy.- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal review.
1. Promotions & Marketing:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns.- Leverage marketplace-specific marketing tools (ads, coupons, discounts) to maximize visibility and sales.
1. Customer Service & Experience:
- Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve queries, complaints, and returns efficiently.- Monitor reviews and ratings to ensure a positive brand image across all platforms.
1. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers to ensure the brand’s best interests are prioritized.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors).- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO for product listings, and digital marketing strategies.- Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools to track and report performance.- Experience with inventory management and customer service coordination.- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
