It evolved into a multi-brand organisation with the launch of March— a silver jewellery brand, and Pink Fort — a modern Indian wear brand reimagining traditional clothing for the woman of today.
About the role
Any person coming into this role gets to closely work with a business head or a channel head and plays a critical role in the growth of the respective channel/business.
The said person plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our brand across various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Nykka Fashion, Tata Cliq, Myntra, etc.). This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, has a deep understanding of e-commerce, and is passionate about fashion. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize our marketplace presence, increase sales, and enhance our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to -
Marketplace Management: Lead and manage relationships with Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, and other key marketplaces.
Revenue Growth: Identify and seize opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Advertising & Promotions : Plan and execute CPC advertising campaigns on AMS and PLAs to boost visibility and sales.
Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Business Insights: Generate insights and reports to drive business decisions and strategy.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace contacts to ensure alignment.
Performance Tracking : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketplace initiatives. Report on performance regularly and suggest improvements.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketplaces, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Test new ideas and approaches to drive growth and engagement in the marketplace channels. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Mentor and guide the marketplace team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience in launching or growing a business, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
Deep understanding of online marketplaces, including best practices, trends, and challenges.
Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with marketplace analytics tools is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
A genuine interest in fashion and a strong understanding of the industry.
