Responsibilities
Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, Business Analysis, and other internal groups, working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goal.
Assisting the founders & leadership group in developing and implementing the organization's strategic goals and initiatives. This involves analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities to ensure the company is on track to achieve its org wide OKRs.
The day-to-day projects can be divided into below workstreams:
Data/Dashboards and Business Intelligence
Conceptualize, build, and maintain executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly board reviews to drive improvements and align leadership.
Develop and utilize frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment. Build a solid understanding of business to evaluate new market, monetization, and optimization opportunities.
Processes and Systems
You will be working directly with multiple stakeholders and management to diagnose issues, resolve them and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize performance.
Leading the initiatives for bringing in new and improved Technologies and tools to bring in process efficiencies across business functions
Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy. Take complete ownership of projects/programs from ideation to delivery - business case, scope, cost, schedule, action cycles, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies, and milestones.
Planning and Forecasting
Undertake strategic and revenue impacting projects aimed at understanding and improving margins for the business.
Act as a consultant and provide recommendations on Sales / Marketing related processes
You will be working on the growth/revenue metrics and driving the initiatives, both independently and along with the team
You will be responsible for managing operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s sales / Marketing function by building various metrics and drawing actionable insights for the leadership
Requirements:
Graduate / post graduate or equivalent degree
2 to 5yrs experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
Knowledge of statistical concepts and business principles
Knowledge & understanding about CRM will be a plus point
