Role & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director on daily business activities and priorities.
- Frequently travel with the Director for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
- Attend internal and external meetings, preparing and maintaining accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).
- Assist in follow-up actions from meetings and ensure timely updates to the management.
- Coordinate schedules, prepare presentations/reports, and support administrative tasks as required.
- Learn and contribute to business decision-making, leadership practices, and operational execution.
- Act as a bridge between management, team members, and external stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA fresher or equivalent preferred).
- Experience: Freshers welcome willingness to learn and grow is more important than prior experience.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
Personal Traits:
Eager to learn leadership qualities and take responsibility.
- Professional, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible work hours.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
