Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Jamshedpur. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing expense reports, coordinating executive schedules, and handling communication on behalf of the executive team. Daily tasks will include organizing meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with executive-level decisions through thorough administrative support.

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Administrative Assistance experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
