Role & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director on daily business activities and priorities.
  • Frequently travel with the Director for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, preparing and maintaining accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).
  • Assist in follow-up actions from meetings and ensure timely updates to the management.
  • Coordinate schedules, prepare presentations/reports, and support administrative tasks as required.
  • Learn and contribute to business decision-making, leadership practices, and operational execution.
  • Act as a bridge between management, team members, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA fresher or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers welcome willingness to learn and grow is more important than prior experience.

  • Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.

  • Personal Traits:

  • Eager to learn leadership qualities and take responsibility.

  • Professional, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible work hours.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
