Position: US Staffing – Vertical Head Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai Shift: 7 PM to 4 AM – 5 days in a week(No pick & drop Facility) CTC – Max 21 LPA Experience – 10 yrs + (30-40 % Business development + 60 % delivery & operations) Key skills - US Recruitment, backends operations including Client management, Client servicing, on boarding, employees relations, client representation Please share CV (subject line - US Staffing – Vertical Head) Job Description US Staffing – Vertical Head We are looking for a US Staffing – Vertical Head to lead and manage a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth hiring operations, meet targets, and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Should be owning the staffing as business center and held responsible for P&L, business objectives and targets. - Should have a strong US recruitment background with top notch US Staffing companies. - His primary KPI would be Deliverables (on time). - Strong knowledge and understanding on the policies and procedures of USCIS and US staffing strategy. - Responsible for working closely with Sales and Account Managers - to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectation of the client/s, progress of the process and prioritising the requirements. - Must have at least 10+ years of experience in IT staffing Proactive in planning and strategizing timely delivery of talent as per business demand. - Should be able to independently plan, execute and build teams which could deliver and partner with businesses with proven track records. - Comfortable in effectively coordinating with all business units across the globe and global clientele. - Target oriented with ability to work in a high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated. - Responsible for building, mentoring, motivating and perpetrating effectively create a professional, healthy, accountable work force. - Develop and promote Best Recruiting Practices within the organization through personal leadership. - Increase the team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods & procedures regularly. - Work closely with Sales and Account Managers - to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectation of the client/s, progress of the process and prioritizing the requirements. - Well versed in defining career path, building leadership, delegation of responsibilities, controlling attrition and ownership and delivery. Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals. Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs are met. Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Work closely with clients to understand and prioritize hiring needs. Ensure compliance with company and client policies. Generate reports and provide insights for leadership. Must-Have Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client-handling abilities. Experience in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring for US staffing. Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic. Regards, Neha Khandelwal
