Job Description US Staffing – Vertical Head
We are looking for a US Staffing – Vertical Head to lead and manage a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth hiring operations, meet targets, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Should be owning the staffing as business center and held responsible for P&L, business objectives and targets.
- Should have a strong US recruitment background with top notch US Staffing companies.
- His primary KPI would be Deliverables (on time).
- Strong knowledge and understanding on the policies and procedures of USCIS and US staffing strategy.
- Responsible for working closely with Sales and Account Managers - to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectation of the client/s, progress of the process and prioritising the requirements.
- Must have at least 10+ years of experience in IT staffing
Proactive in planning and strategizing timely delivery of talent as per business demand.
- Should be able to independently plan, execute and build teams which could deliver and partner with businesses with proven track records.
- Comfortable in effectively coordinating with all business units across the globe and global clientele.
- Target oriented with ability to work in a high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
- Responsible for building, mentoring, motivating and perpetrating effectively create a professional, healthy, accountable work force.
- Develop and promote Best Recruiting Practices within the organization through personal leadership.
- Increase the team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods & procedures regularly.
- Work closely with Sales and Account Managers - to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectation of the client/s, progress of the process and prioritizing the requirements.
- Well versed in defining career path, building leadership, delegation of responsibilities, controlling attrition and ownership and delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
- Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs are met.
- Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with clients to understand and prioritize hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
- Generate reports and provide insights for leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Experience in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring for US staffing.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
