Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive loan solutions within the builder segment
  • Manage team heading External Homeloan sourcing vertical for the geography
  • Onboard new partners for setting up external home loan sourcing business
  • Lead Key Account Managers to ensure smooth flow of leads from accounts
  • Manage login to disbursement process of Homeloan files with minimum TAT and maximum customer conversion
  • Report to AGM of the division and vertical head
  • Coordinate with channel partners, builders, connectors for lead generation
  • Strategic intervention in process improvement, leadership capabilities, and understanding of loan process
  • Create and track team targets, prepare fulfillment structures for team members
  • Daily tracking and ensuring productivity from team members
