Job Description
1. Team Management : Leading and supervising the inbound sales team, including customer service representatives and sales agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.
2. Sales Strategy Development : Crafting sales strategies to maximize conversion rates from inbound leads, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and growth plans.
3. Lead Conversion : Focusing on converting inquiries from existing or potential customers into actual sales of banking products, such as loans, credit cards, or investment products.
4. Customer Experience Optimization: Ensuring that the inbound sales process is customer-friendly and efficient, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues promptly.
5. Training and Development : Developing training programs to upskill the sales team on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
6. Sales Performance Tracking : Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, response times, and customer satisfaction, and using data to drive improvements.
7. Collaboration with Other Departments : Working with product teams, marketing, and operations to ensure that the sales team has the tools, products, and information needed to effectively close sales.
8. Technology and CRM Management : Overseeing the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other technologies to track and manage leads, ensuring data is used effectively to enhance performance.
9. Regulatory Compliance : Ensuring that all inbound sales activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
10. Reporting : Providing regular reports to senior management on the performance of the inbound sales team, as well as insights and recommendations for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
Somebody who has worked on scaling business from 0-1 through inbound and outbound sales. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in business development and revenue/sales growth of a company in financial service space.
