The Lead HRPP will work with the leadership and senior management team to develop, implement, and drive results that improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency. This includes enhancing workforce capability and employee experience, improving organisational well-being, stakeholder management and supporting day-to-day operations and employee lifecycle management. The Lead will be responsible for all HR interventions and activities that impact strategy, profitability, employee productivity, and managerial effectiveness for the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be a strategic partner for the business unit and work with leadership to influence business and people management
  • Responsible for overseeing HR operations for both the ODCs
  • Collaboratively work with the business unit, leadership, and the HR team to develop & implement HR plans & solutions. Ideate, implement, and execute customized initiatives for the department as per business needs
  • Lead both annual & mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee retention issues, fairly representing all interests
  • Understanding of General human resources policies and procedures, and compliance aspects.
  • Expert in developing and managing employee engagement and employee welfare programs.
  • Should have worked as a business partner to leadership to design HR strategies and programs.
  • Must be aware of the Industry's best HR practices and share the information with the leadership team periodically to adopt the best.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management
  • Lead various talent initiative in the region

  • KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Proven 8+ years of work experience as an HR professional.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and a full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, proven to handle sensitive matters professionally and manage operations teams.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Occasional travel to offices in India may be required.
  • Should have team handling experience
  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
