Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Individual Contributor (First 6 months) Shadow leadership to deeply understand the platform and customer needs. Own relationships with partner schools and manage onboarding. Lead training sessions and ensure smooth setup from Day 0. Drive feature adoption, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive and reactive support. Build the initial Customer Success playbook. Phase 2: Managerial Growth Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team. Own customer success metrics including retention and satisfaction.
