Roles and Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and services.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on new technologies and processes.

  • Conduct research and development to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production equipment and processes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to optimize production workflows and improve performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the Electronic Components/Semiconductors industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical services and production engineering principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
