We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and a passion for technical support/service.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, install, calibrate and repair various types of equipment supplied by company
  • Provide technical support, technical training and guidance to clients and colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Analyze equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments or recommendations
  • Write service reports and document all maintenance and repair work
  • Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
  • Visit customer for onsite Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or other technical support.
  • Extensive travelling to customer site for service or technical related support

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial instruments preferable Transmitters ( Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow), Valve Automation, Ignitors, Analyzers, Dust Monitors, Flame Scanners or similar products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
  • Excellent active listening and customer service skills
  • The ability to remain professional under pressure
