Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dental equipment division. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of dental equipment and devices at client locations. The ideal candidate should have a service-oriented mindset, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and calibrate dental equipment at clinics, hospitals, and partner sites.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of dental products.
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Provide training and technical support to dental professionals on equipment usage.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the service team and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and quality guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in field service/technical support (preferably in medical or dental equipment).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting tools.
