Requirement:-

  • Qualification: BCom/M. Com
  • Experience: 4-5 years in Basic Accounting, Accounts Receivable ,Tally , erp etc.
  • Languages: English, Kannada/Hindi (Preferred).
  • Should know advanced excel
  • Hands on experience in Zoho
  • Should have experience with payroll


Role and responsibilities:-

a. Responsible for smooth functioning of day-day Finance Operations for Ad Platform.

b. Preparing day to day Invoices, CN's & Receipts.

c. Responsible for month close activities pertaining to Invoicing for Ad Platform.

d. Provide daily/ weekly updates / flash to management on the progress in order books, Sales,

collections.

e. Proficiency in Excel, PPT is a must.

f. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically.

g. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


Skills, Qualifications & Personality:-

1. Candidates must have accounts receivable expertise of min 4-5 years

2. Experience in Tally Prime is must.

3. Expertise in MS Office including Excel (Pivots, Lookup, Conditional Functions, etc.)

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Detail oriented and organized in work; ability to meet assigned deadlines

6. High-energy with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail

7. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.
